    1. Board of Directors:

It oversees the organization’s financial management, sets policies, and guides long-term planning.
    2. Executive Director:
      The Executive Director serves as the chief executive officer of the organization and is responsible for the overall management and administration. They provide leadership, strategic guidance, and operational oversight to the organization. The Executive Director represents the organization in external engagements, builds partnerships, and ensures effective implementation of programs and projects.
